How are these points calculated?
Points accumulate from eligible final tournament placements across the recorded history. There is no rolling season reset or time decay. Active, disbanded and acquired teams keep their recorded results.
Regional rankings use eligible Open Tier A events in the selected region. MPL Cambodia is the specific Tier B exception and uses A-tier points. Shared MPL MY/SG results are assigned using the team’s country.
Group stages, regular seasons, qualifiers, wildcards, Swiss and play-ins are excluded. Each final placement uses the configured tier point table, or a manually entered points override. Ties are ordered by best finish, number of tournaments, then team name. The update date reflects stored contributing results, event settings, team data and point rules; it is not a live sync indicator.
